33°North, Inc. is a full service construction company, licensed in both residential and commercial construction. We are able to build a new custom home, renovations, additions and small 'handy man' projects.

We are located in Southport, NC, a small coastal community rich with history and lore. The charming historic homes, that line the streets of Southport, offer inspiration to many home owners. 33°North, Inc. has the experience to renovate older homes as well as build a new home that blends with the old.
